Our family had a fantastic time at the Balkan Jewel. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and felt like a home away from home, which was perfect for our skiing holiday. We loved the friendly atmosphere and the helpful staff. However, we faced some issues with the dining arrangements that could be improved, especially regarding clarity in meal options. Overall, a great experience that our kids absolutely loved, but there’s room for improvement in dining.

I recently stayed at the hotel and found it to be quite average overall. The apartment we had was spacious with great mountain views, but the customer service left a lot to be desired, and dining options felt limited and overpriced. While the shuttle service to Bansko was reliable, the experience could certainly be improved in several areas.
