The Balkan Jewel Resort, Trademark Collection By Wyndham, Razlog

Our family had a fantastic time at the Balkan Jewel. The accommodations were spacious, clean, and felt like a home away from home, which was perfect for our skiing holiday. We loved the friendly atmosphere and the helpful staff. However, we faced some issues with the dining arrangements that could be improved, especially regarding clarity in meal options. Overall, a great experience that our kids absolutely loved, but there’s room for improvement in dining.

I recently stayed at the hotel and found it to be quite average overall. The apartment we had was spacious with great mountain views, but the customer service left a lot to be desired, and dining options felt limited and overpriced. The facilities, including the pool, felt crowded at times, and the lack of attention to safety made the entrance slippery, especially for older guests. While the shuttle service to Bansko was reliable, the experience could certainly be improved in several areas.

The Balkan Jewel offers a pleasant stay with spacious, clean accommodations and a well-equipped spa. The friendliness of the staff and the variety of dining options were notable positives. However, noise from the indoor pool area and some cleanliness issues in the apartment's bathroom were disappointing. Overall, it provides good value for money, especially for couples and families looking to relax and enjoy nearby attractions.
